Return policy

Do not worry if for some reason you decide to return the product. It’s not difficult at all, no matter where you are! The refund rules are very simple.

General rules:
Contact the manager of the online store by phone or email and inform them that you have decided to return the product. Our managers will advise you on the legality of the refund, the procedure for returning and filling out the documents necessary for making a refund.
The period of return of the goods of proper quality is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that the product is accepted back only in full configuration, with all packages and stickers, without traces of operation, if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved. Don’t forget to attach the receipt from the purchase.
Refunds when ordering goods with courier delivery are made to the Buyer’s bank card, within 10 days from the moment the Seller receives the goods and the request for a refund.
The return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. The seller does not compensate the buyer for the cost of shipping the returned goods.

The following items of good quality are not subject to return and exchange:
Products in contact with food products made entirely or partially of polymer materials. Examples of polymer materials: plastic, silicone, cellophane.
Household chemicals.

The exchange and return of goods of proper quality is possible if the following conditions are met:
the goods were not in use;
its presentation, consumer properties, and factory labels have been preserved;
there is a receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified product.
